Chris has been our broker a few times now. I fully appreciate every detail, from start to finish, that Chris provided in the buying/renting of flats and finding suitable tenants for our property. I needed to find a place very quickly, and Flo was amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and only showed me properties that she felt would meet my needs and my budget. She also has quite a lot of knowledge about different areas and let me know what was available in terms of entertainment, transportation and even everyday necessities and goods. When looking at units, she also helped me to visualize what would go where and how the space could best be used. She was always very up front and honest about the pros and cons of the different areas and the layout designs. Once I found a place I liked, Flo had all my utilities set up and had me moved in to my new place within a week.

Cindy has been helpful from start to finish. She helped us arranged the transfer of our utilities to our new place and helped contact the landlord with small issues. She’s fantastic to work with and a great help in every way. I would definitely recommend and use your company through Cindy in the future.
